Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If the item is returned to us beyond the 7-day period, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange service.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or damaged during shipping.
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or no fault of the product will not be approved.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Can I change my shipping information after I place my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipping method after you have placed an order.
The order is immediately forwarded to our delivery partner and can no longer be changed in our system.

If you purchased multiple items in a single order with shipping fees paid, but only return part of the order, we will refund a proportionate amount of the shipping fee based on the weight of the returned items.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to collect costs for missing accessories or parts of the product via the payment method used. After receiving the item, we will evaluate the condition of the item. If the product is found to be damaged beyond normal inspection, you will be responsible for the cost of depreciation of the product.
Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
If it is not a quality problem, the customer will cover the costs.
